The one-week immersion program takes place in partnership with the Los Angeles County Bar Association President's Taskforce on Racial and Social Justice. The Los Angeles Superior Court, African American Association of California Judicial Officers, Pepperdine University School of Law, and a host of law firms and individuals all have joined to create a credible experience for HBCU college students to determine whether they truly wish to pursue a legal career.
The legal immersion program is limited to ten students at a time. Presently, one HBCU at a time is invited to participate.
No. Ethically, no one can guarantee acceptance into any fellowships, programs, law schools, nor bar admission. However, we can assist you with becoming competitively eligible for fellowships, programs, and law school admissions, by advising you in the application process and opening doors to resources that you may not otherwise know exists.
